Black Raspberry Loose Leaf Tea


Black raspberry leaf and raspberry leaf teas have a very similar taste to green tea without the caffeine.  We use it to make our favorite chai. See our recipe and the health benefits below. 8 ounces of loose leaf organic black raspberry tea.


Black raspberries have a sightly different flavor than regular red raspberries or blackberries. It is the leaves and roots of the plant that are primarily used in herbal medicine. The leaves are astringent in nature and used to treat incontinence, diarrhea, dysentery, and other bowel complaints.  Black raspberry tea is also used to remedy sores, ulcers, and boils.

Black Raspberry Leaf Chai Recipe:

Heat a cup of almond milk to simmering and pour over 1 tsp of the tea leaves. Let steep for 2-3 minutes. Add honey, cinnamon and ginger to taste. A great way to warm up on a blustery winter day.
