Kale chips recipe:
Oil a cookie sheet. Layout kale leaves on the cookie sheet. Brush olive oil on the tops of the leaves. Sprinkle with salt and bake at 300º until crispy – about 10-15 minutes. Kale chips can be stored in a jar at room temperature for up to a week. Dip in dressing, sprinkle on baked potatoes or salads to enjoy all the nutritional benefits of kale.
